Can I receive 2 or more bags for one shipping and handling fee?
You will need to submit payment for each bag requested. All bags are packaged and mailed individually.
Do I need to send my receipt or UPC code to receive the rebate?
A copy of your sales receipt is not necessary to redeem this offer. Please keep your receipt in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.
How long will it take to receive my bag?
The rebate normally takes 6-8 weeks to process. During the height of the fishing season, the process can take up to 10 weeks due to the heavy volume of requests.
Can I redeem this offer online?
At the moment, rebates can not be redeemed online. You will need to mail a check or money order along with your rebate coupon completely filled out.
How can I check the status of my rebate?
Please wait at least 4 weeks before checking the status of your rebate. You can check the status of your rebate by emailing to: service@shakespeare-fishing.com. Subject: Rebate Status.

I just purchased my rod/combo but the rebate coupon says the offer is expired. Can I still receive the gear bag?
The official expiration date for the Ugly Stik rebate is December 31, 2008. Until that time, we will honor all coupons regardless of the expiration date as long as you include the required shipping and handling fee. After the official expiration date, we will continue to honor coupons while supplies last.
The tag on my rod refers to a rebate, but no other form was attached.
