Much needed updated version
After having a terrible experience with the outdated version I was worried this would be the same. However, Shakespeare really made some great modification to this newer device and added awesome features that my girls really love like the lights. Overall great product and the customer service was amazing on take care of questions I had in a timely matter.

Piece of Junk!!!
Didn't last 15 minutes until string broke and it's impossible to open the reel because the plastic screw shreds when you try to open it. Don't waste your time or money unless you enjoy hearing kids cry when their "awesome" toy breaks
