SHAKESPEARE CONSENT/RELEASE The undersigned (or if Participant is under age 18, the Adult signing below who by their signature represents that they are such Participant's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized to act on such Participant's behalf) irrevocably consents to and authorizes Shakespeare Fishing Tackle Company and its affiliated entities, distributors, licensees, successors and assigns, and their respective officers, employees and agents ("Shakespeare") to use my image, voice, and/or likeness, and/or any images or other content which I have provided to Shakespeare in all media, in all forms and for all purposes, including without limitation, the Internet, electronic/digital media, advertising, print media, and any other uses designated by Shakespeare without any limitation whatsoever. I acknowledge receipt of good and valuable consideration in exchange for this Consent/Release, which may simply be the opportunity to represent Shakespeare, without further compensation to me. I understand that Shakespeare is not under any obligation to exercise any of its rights, licenses or privileges granted by this Consent/Release, and that each use of my image, voice and/or likeness, and or any images or other content I have provided, shall be a work for hire, and that Shakespeare shall be deemed the owners of any copyright and/or trademark rights therein, and all applications, registrations and renewals resulting therefrom. If, however, the work is deemed to not be a work made for hire by a court of competent jurisdiction, this Consent/Release shall constitute an irrevocable assignment of the worldwide copyright in the work to Shakespeare. I additionally agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Shakespeare from any and all liability associated in any way with use of my image, voice and/or likeness, my direct or indirect participation in any photography, filming, recording or similar session, my possession or use of any equipment provided by or on behalf of Shakespeare and/or arising as a result of claims made by third parties with regard to the same or in relation to images or other content that I have provided to Shakespeare. I understand that this is a LEGALLY BINDING WAIVER OF LIABILITY, and I have entered into it of my own free will.
